Shipping Information

Important: If you need your order delivered on a specific day, you MUST choose "Future Delivery."

 

Important: If your order is being shipped to a marina, please indicate the exact address. Do not use your billing address.

 

Our special packaging insures that your food shipment arrives in perfect condition. All orders are shipped in a special insulated cooler with enough dry ice or synthetic dry ice where required to guarantee its freshness upon delivery. Most orders are shipped to arrive within 1 week from receipt of order.

 

Standard Packing and Delivery Charges reflect our actual cost of carefully packing and shipping your order. We don't cut corners... as professionals we insist on the very best.

 

Orders are shipped via Express Courier Two-Day Air. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and before 9:00am Eastern Time Wednesday will ship to arrive by the end of the week. Orders placed after 9:00am Eastern Time Wednesday, and anytime on Thursday or Friday will arrive by the end of the following week.

 

If you need your order delivered on a specific day in the near or distant, choose the Future Delivery option. You will be prompted for the date you wish to have your order delievered on.

 

Future/Express Delivery on normal orders is an additional $19.00.
